MEDIA INVITATION - Cheers to the 29th edition of the Mondial de la bière

It is with great pleasure that we invite you on Thursday, May 18, 2023 - 3PM at Windsor Station to launch and celebrate the 29th edition of the Mondial de la bière 2023.

On the agenda: a unique ribbon cutting ceremony will kickstart the event. A total of 50 brewers, representatives and beerologists will simultaneously raise their glass of beer to wish health and long life the Mondial de la bière.

Jeannine Marois, co-founder, as well as all the ribbon cutting participants will be available for interviews and to answer any questions.

Thursday and Friday from 4PM to 11PM / Saturday and Sunday from noon to 11PM

  • 98 breweries, distilleries, cider houses, food concessions and other partners
  • 34 breweries outside Quebec (from Belgium, Estonia, United States, Canada, Czech Republic, etc.)
  • 9 food concessions
  • Music, DJ, 6 shows and tasting workshops
  • "Fun terrace" presented by Randolph Animation
  • The "OFF MONDIAL" - evenings organized in different artisanal breweries, brewpubs and beer bars in Montreal (between May 15 and 22, 2023)

For our planet

During the Mondial, tastings are offered exclusively in Mondial de la bière glasses, 1994 to 2023 editions. Visitors can purchase a glass on site for $10, $15 or $20. The glasses are marked 2 or 4 oz for responsible drinking. 2% of the revenues will be donated to a foundation La Fondation Rivières.
